Northstar was building a financial planning app for younger professionals but had accumulated a fragmented onboarding flow and an increasingly complex dashboard.
We redesigned the mobile information architecture, simplified onboarding from seven steps to three, introduced a modular financial dashboard, and created a reusable mobile design system for the engineering team.
